1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Hoppa platform (“Hoppa”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Community members must be at least 18 years old to register an account. Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the participant’s use of the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Tournaments and registration
Tournament registrations are subject to the rules published for each tournament. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel registrations that violate tournament rules or applicable law. Tournament fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or the age of a participant.
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or interfere with its operation.
- Use the platform to harass other users, officials, or staff.
5. Intellectual property
All Hoppa branding, software, and content provided through the platform remain the property of Upbeat Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to Hoppa, its users, or third parties.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoppa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
